English Homeworks from January 23th to January 27th 2012

1st. Grade


Hello every one!   This is our weekly homework.  We invite you to have a great time with your child doing it.  We like to hear stories from students having great times with their parents working in school projects at home.  We appreciate very much your support.

Esta es nuestra tarea semanal.  Invitamos a todos los padres a pasar un tiempo grandioso con sus hijos haciendo la tarea.  Nos encanta escuchar historias de grandes momentos que los estudiantes pasan al lado de sus padres trabajando en proyectos escolares.  Apreciamos mucho su apoyo.

Monday 23th.---  Please study the spelling of Unit 4 vocabulary.

Tuesday 24th.--- Repeat 5 times and illustrate  each vocabulary word:  bean, garden.

 Wednesday 25th.----Repeat 5 times and illustrate  each vocabulary word: beanstalk, castle, mountain, house.  

Thursday 26th.---Repeat 5 times and illustrate  each vocabulary word: numbers, pets

Friday 27th.---No School due to C.T.C. Training.

Monday 23th.-- Repeat 5 times and illustrate  each vocabulary word: soldier, playroom, candle, present.  Also, please work on Practice Book page 51.

Tuesday 24th.---Repeat 5 times and illustrate  each vocabulary word: beautiful, dancer. Also, study all vocabulary words related to “places in town (post office, park, restaurant, etc.)” and “professions” (doctor, firefighter, nurse, salesperson, police officer. etc.)     
Wednesday 25th.---- Study the affirmative, negative and interrogative forms of “Simple Present” sent home printed and pasted in the student’s grammar notebook.
Thursday 26th.---Study all vocabulary words (spelling) we have seen in this unit 4. Likewise, please work on “Worksheet #4” and sent it back to school by Monday the 30th.

Friday 27th.---No School: C.T.C. Training.




3rd grade

MONDAY: Bring a paintbrush
TUESDAY: Make one of this experiments at home.
WEDNESDAY: Write 5 sentences with superlative adjectives.
THURSDAY: Study superlative adjectives.
FRIDAY: No homework

4th grade
MONDAY:Read the story The Time Space-transformer.
TUESDAY: Repeat vocabulary 4 times and illustrate it.
WEDNESDAY:Make a drawing of your body and label each part.
THURSDAY: Study for Spelling dictation.
FRIDAY: No Homework

5th grade
MONDAY: Write 2 sentences using adjectives.
TUESDAY: No Homework
WEDNESDAY: Study Spelling bee list.
THURSDAY:  Illustrate the five senses
FRIDAy: No Homework

6th grade
MONDAY: Complete the story outilne
TUESDAY: No homework
WEDNE SDAY: Study spelling list
THRUSDAY: Write 2 sentences using  1st. Conditional
FRIDAY: No homework
